How to reach ChinaMedMap — for patients, for medical providers, and for corrections.
Patients and families
Please use Find Medical Care. It is the fastest way to reach a person on our team, and it makes sure we record your consent before anything is shared.
ChinaMedMap is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (120 for an ambulance in mainland China).
For medical providers
If you represent a hospital or clinic in China and would like to confirm, correct or add a profile, contact us through the inquiry form and choose “I represent a medical provider” as the category. We will ask for confirmation from an official hospital email address or channel. Confirming your profile is free and does not require a commercial relationship.
Corrections
If you have found something inaccurate, tell us which page and what is wrong, with a link to the official source if you have one. Use the inquiry form and choose “Report incorrect information”.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, use the same form and choose “Privacy request”. See the privacy policy.
