What the service is
ChinaMedMap is an information, discovery and connection platform. We publish information about medical providers in China and, on request, help introduce patients to providers. We are not a medical provider and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. Please read the medical disclaimer.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site: for example, by submitting false inquiries, attempting to access non-public areas, scraping at a rate that harms the service, or using the content to mislead patients.
Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in the privacy policy. We may decline to act on an inquiry.
Content and intellectual property
The text and design of this site belong to ChinaMedMap or its licensors. Hospital names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may link to and quote from the site with attribution.
Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and dated, but we provide it “as is”. Confirm important details with the provider.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ChinaMedMap is not liable for decisions you make based on the site, for the acts or omissions of any provider, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
